OfferFlow ("we", "us") operates the website https://offerflow.lol and respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).

What we collect

• Account information: if you create an account, we store your email address, a display name you choose, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your password. We never store your actual password.
• Offer tracking: if you track offers, we store the offer, its status (saved / in progress / completed) and relevant dates, linked to your account.
• Session cookie: a single essential cookie (of_session) keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising and contains no personal data beyond a signed random identifier.
• Referral clicks: when you use a Claim button, we record that the link was clicked (timestamp, and your browser's User-Agent string). We do not record your identity or build advertising profiles.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising or social media trackers on this site.
• We do not collect payment details — sign-ups happen on the brand's own website.

Third-party websites

Claim buttons take you to third-party brands (exchanges, banks, apps). Those sites have their own privacy policies and account requirements, and we encourage you to read them. We may receive a commission from those brands for referrals — this never affects your offer terms.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in an encrypted-at-rest database on our server with access restricted to the site operator. Passwords are hashed with a salted key-derivation function (scrypt).

Access, correction and deletion

You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and tracked offers at any time by emailing support@offerflow.lol. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
